understand nursing as a branch of science, including the principles, basic concepts, nursing theories, advancements, functioning and the role of nursing in society
assess the health needs of the individual as a whole and using critical thinking implement nursing interventions influencing health based on the best available information and following the Nurses' Code of Ethics
